AG.P05.012 Quality of typical food chains in northern Italy by means of integrated technological platforms
Module: biotic, environmental and genetic factors for the quality of typical food chains.

Aim of the present module is to identify the effects of the main biotic, environmental and genetic factors in order to define the most important quality characteristics of typical food chains. These aspects will be studied by using genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic and bio-information technology. Main plant species used for this work will be grapevine and other fruit and vegetable garden plants, important in our area. The results added to other modules of the same research will be useful in order to increase the value of local food short chains products.
